Peers

Peers are client computers connected to the same K-Secure VPN Server. On each client computer that runs K-Secure VPN Client, one shall be able to see all of the other client computers, such as shown below:

Each row in the list contains the following fields:
  • Computer: the name of the peer computer;
  • IP: the IP Address of the peer computer;
  • Virtual IP: the virtual IP address that K-Secure VPN Server assigned to the peer computer. Normally this is the same as the peer's original IP address. When multiple peers have the same IP address, virtual IP can be used to differentiate the peers;
  • Server: the IP address of the server that the peer connects to;
  • Username: the username of the peer;
  • MAC: the MAC address of the peer;
  • Connect Time: the time that the peer connects to the server;
